We are already on our way to a more sustainable planet.Job SummaryRegrow is looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide professional and prompt technical service to top-tier customers.
Applicants will be using agronomic knowledge to engage with clients in a familiar way in order to deliver a quality support experience. will work closely with a variety of groups at Regrow, including implementation, account management, science, engineering, and product management, in order to provide two-way communication on customer issues including problem prioritization, data analysis, and issue resolution.
What you will do:
- Background and familiarity with field level agriculture
- Provide technical support for Regrow product offerings.
- Work effectively and efficiently with all levels of personnel within a variety of external and internal teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Work directly with strategic customers to provide reactive and consultative service to promptly resolve technical issues.
- Communicate cross-functionally with broader customer- and product-facing teams to ensure customer-centric product development and release readiness.
