About the role:

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll be part of the team that closely collaborates with CHOOOSE’s enterprise partners in integrating climate action into their customer experiences. You will support our partners across their entire life-cycle with the CHOOOSE platform – from implementation, to launch, and ongoing customer success. You will be at the forefront of our mission to enable climate action.

Within this role, your work driving successful partnership outcomes will touch all areas of our business — from business development and engineering to marketing and design.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide our enterprise partners in integrating climate action into external customer experiences and internal business processes through the implementation and ongoing management of the CHOOOSE platform.
  • Own a portfolio of complex, multifaceted partnerships with large enterprises in the travel, transportation, shipping, and logistics sectors.
  • Develop long term relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organizations across various departments (from Sustainability to Product) and function as the partner’s trusted climate advisor.
  • Drive customer success with our partners by proactively identifying, assessing and solving partner pain points. Ensure efficient coordination between customer and internal development teams to address customer issues and needs.
  • Become a product expert. Collaborate with CHOOOSE’s Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build new features, solve bugs, and develop new product features
  • Refine our playbook. Drive continuous improvement across implementation, onboarding, operations and customer success functions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced - a minimum of 4 years in Customer Success, SaaS implementation, enterprise project management, business consulting, or similar.
  • An autonomous doer – you identify and tackle new challenges without being asked to.
  • A team player – you enjoy working across diverse internal and external teams.
  • Technical – you enjoy understanding the technical details, and you’re comfortable working with a broad set of software tools to work efficiently.
  • An excellent communicator – you communicate clearly in both verbal and written English. You’re comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels, and you’re adept at presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
