Senior Accountant (m/w/d)

This is where you will make an impact...

• Primary responsibility for all accounting and tax related activities
• Leadership and development of staff
• Responsibility for accounting in NetSuite (AP, AR, GL)
• Preparation of the monthly advance VAT return incl. OSS
• Preparation of the monthly reporting as well as the annual financial statement according to HGB, account consolidation
• Coordination with our external contacts (tax advisor, payroll accountant, tax office, etc.)
• You form the link with treasury and controlling for a holistic financial corporate management
• You help to transform the start-up into a Grown-Up through accounting processes and change management
• Further development of ERP system (NetSuite) for the accounting area

You’ll be perfect for this role when...

• You have successfully completed training as a tax clerk or have several years of experience as a (senior) accountant.
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of accounting (start-up or grown-up) or in a tax consultancy and/or auditing firm
• You ideally have initial experience as a team leader
• You are proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel and NetSuite 
• Fluent English necessary, German knowledge is a plus
