HR Specialist (d/f/m)

Your role

As our HR specialist, you play a key role in the People & Culture team to ensure that everyone at EcoG is set up to succeed, from onboarding to offboarding. Since we are a growing organization, this is an exciting time to have an active role in setting up new processes, establishing safe workplace policies, and bringing creativity into your work. 

We have an open and collaborative team environment. As most of our team currently works on-site in Munich, it is important that you are excited about working from the office and meeting colleagues in person, although partial remote work is also an option. 

Your profile

• Practical experience in human resources
• Knowledge of German labor law and experience working with ATS software such as Personio is a plus
• The ambition to further develop our People and Culture department with your initiative and bright ideas
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Proactive and hands-on attitude
• Fluent German and English language skills

Your day at EcoG

• Preparation of employment documents such as working contracts, certificates, and recommendation letters
• Managing the data of our team in the People Administration System
• Optimization of processes with a strong customer orientation
• Support in administrative processes of people management (from onboarding and support to off-boarding)
• Support of projects in the areas of recruiting, marketing and operations
• Support in writing and posting job adverts, screening applicants, and conducting interviews
