Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Business Excellence team based in Munich, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Analyze and maintain all orders data for pricing against the pricing guidance
  • Aid in order approval process to ensure pricing errors are avoided
  • Maintain profitability log – based on pricing guidance and costing changes – for all KAM projects
  • Maintain relevant reports in Power BI for effective and quick analyses, decision-making and execution by Sales management
  • Devise and maintain data dashboards and relevant analysis for Sales managers, Customers, Inside Sales and Management
  • Analyze and maintain local data mapping libraries to create data connections and to connect our reporting on the same terms and consistent and correct measurables
  • Proactively track and coordinate production schedules for customers’ project sales orders and internal purchase orders with respect to costing/pricing impacts
  • Supporting Inside Sales and Sales related to short term pricing changes
  • Support the Associate Director to review and analyze the established and prepared data and create any ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Devise future pricing forecast and relevant analysis
  • Support the other Operations departments, e.g. Logistics and Inside Sales, in various pricing-related analyses to help service end customer satisfaction

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; strong ability to deal with ambiguity and deduct meaningful strategic recommendations
  • Superlative presentation skills and ability to make concise reports with macro and micro data
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage expectations of internal and external customers
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, collaboratively, and cross-culturally
LANGUAGES
  • Fluent in English necessary. German, Spanish and Mandarin advantageous. 
LOCATION
  • Munich: Radlkoferstr. 2, 81373 
Your backpack is filled with
  • University degree in business administration, engineering or comparable. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar function 
  • Advanced working knowledge of SAP and BI skills; preferably skills in Power BI 
  • Advanced MS-Excel skills including power pivot and power query 
  • Knowledge of Earned value management and any experience in implementing the same advantageous
