What you will be working on:
You will play a key role in bringing top-quality bikes to the world. You will prepare various bicycle components (frames, forks, fenders) for powder coating and conduct a visual inspection of the components after painting. You will use the best available tools and machines and will be responsible for masking components and removing the masks from the components. You don't need any previous experience with bikes or painting - we will train you on the spot!
What you need to succeed in this role:
You will shine in this role if you are tech-savvy and want to do something with your own hands. You are persistent and enjoy routine work, but you also like to learn and adopt new and better ways of working. You believe that there are no problems that could not be solved and are eager to find solutions for any situation. You speak fluent English, which will help you to work successfully in Ampler's international environment. We are open to candidates of different ages and gender.
Who you will be working with:
Ampler bikes are made by a team of 120+ people spread between Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Our headquarters and world-class bike assembly factory are located in Jüri, in the suburb of Estonia’s capital Tallinn. Ampler showrooms are located in Berlin, Cologne, Tallinn, Amsterdam and Zurich. Our offices are located in Jüri and Berlin. We pride ourselves in having strong team values that point us in the best direction whenever we make decisions. You will join the Paint Shop team and work together with other Technicians and Paint Shop Manager. Our Paint Shop is located in Jüri at Kesk tee 19. We work from Monday to Friday and the workday starts between 7:30-9:00.
