Your role at zolar
- You will act as the primary driver & coordinator between the business and the Salesforce team making sure the vision and roadmap is conceptualized, aligned, and communicated.
- You will work closely with functions of the business, product, and tech teams to define and specify feature improvements to be developed by the team.
- Prioritize salesforce features, improvements & requirements keeping user value, business value & efforts in mind, for the salesforce team to implement.
- You keep distractions of the team to a minimal by continuously drive definition of requirements, maintaining the backlog, and prioritizing deliveries for the team.
- You assist in creating and maintaining documentation and rollout communication of features for end users
