Your role as a Student/Intern - Sales Development:

Are you ready to join a fast growing, disruptive, SaaS company that is revolutionizing the real estate industry? Are you motivated to make a difference and bring the real estate industry to net zero? Are you motivated to solve problems for your customers and find them the solutions they need?  As a Sales Working student or intern, you will help to manage the strategy and execution of the whole prospecting and customer identification sales process. You’ll be a key part of the Sales team, driving sales goals and contributing to building out the product as well as the department. This position requires an ambitioned, talented communicator who wants to build a future career in sales. Qualified candidates will need to interact with our ecosystem, Sales Teams, and cross-functional departments to maximize speed to market and sales for BuildingMinds platform and solutions. We understand internships as a fair give & take; We make sure to provide you with mentoring and a wide range of opportunities to learn about all aspects of Sales in the SaaS world, and we expect a dedicated help ready to be full hands on from day one.


In detail, you will

  • Your mission is to generate and qualify leads in the targeted industries and key customer audiences (inbound and outbound)
  • You review the lead funnel and understand which strategies and tactics are best suited to convert our leads into customers
  • Identify potential clients and the right people to build relationships with
  • Research the needs of the potential clients and find out how to create value for them and working closely with other departments to provide feedbacks
  • Research technology and tools, to support Sales Development Process advancing our growth
  • Help in setting up the whole Sales Development process
  • Become a master in the CRM, supporting the Sales team in the maintenance and ongoing tasks
  • You will gain insight into our customer's purchasing process and personas to identify our ideal customer profile, while iterating on our value proposition and pitch 


    What you will need

    • German and English are compulsory
    • You are a student in the field of economics, business, real estate, sustainability, or any other similar field
    • You are ambitioned, curious, persistent and a self-starter who wants to build a career in sales
    • You bring a proactive way of thinking, you are organized and possess strong time management skills
    • You possess a thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment a passion for sustainability topics
    • First experience in the field of sales, preferably in B2B and preferably in Real Estate is an advantage
    • You are analytically and technically savvy and have the confidence to independently generate lead lists, manage mailing campaigns, track their progress and draw meaningful conclusions
    • A place of residence in Germany is required for this position
    • You are available for at least 6 months
