We are looking to hire our first Talent Acquisition Intern to support in driving improved efficiency and speed in our recruitment practices. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead and support the end to end recruitment workflow, from interviewing, organise interviews, contribute to recruitment projects and display initiative and ownership on your processes and projects. As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Qwello you will work with the recruiting team to deliver quality talents for diverse job openings through search assignments, map the talent market, and provide search insights to support in the decision making process for our hiring plans.

Your Responsibilities 🚀

  • Participate in recruiting projects from employer branding, candidate experience, recruiting analytics etc., and take ownership of a recruiting initiative on your own 
  • Work with the recruiting team to develop a sourcing plan for divers job openings
  • Create market mapping to help understand the competitive and talent landscape 
  • Learn to build and develop talent pipeline for diverse job openings 
  • Assist in conducting interviews for interns and working students levels, and willing to learn interviewing experienced candidates 
  • Help in proactive sourcing for diverse job roles, and interested in testing different sourcing channels and practices to increase recruiting efficiency
  • Ensure a fast, efficient and pleasant candidate experience from the first point of contact
  • Organise onsite interviews with candidates including coordinating travel arrangements in close collaboration with the hiring managers and recruiting teams
  • Prepare job postings in alignment with the recruitment team and post on relevant job boards

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills is a plus
  • Eligible to work in Germany for an internship
