Your mission

• Support the whole Talent acquisition process (from recruiting to onboarding)
• Work on the Employer branding development plan
• Support in the implementation of HR management system
• Active role in day-by-day operations (e.g., candidates database management, payroll support, training plans)
• Cooperation with external partners (e.g., Recruiting agency, payroll provider, HRM system provider)
• Contribute to HR process & policy definition and implementation
• Contribute to business development with organization and people development activities

Your profile

• Student (m/w/d) in the field of Psychology, Law, business administration or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources
• German mother tongue and English fluent
• Enthusiasm and interest in HR business partner activities
• Strong communication skills as well as team working ability
