Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Engage with end-users in frequent touchpoints.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user experience research.
• Do rapid prototyping to evaluate potential product solutions
• Create annotated wireframes and user flows for native desktop and web design to illustrate design decisions.
• Translate findings from research and usability testing to concrete design improvements
• Work closely with the development team on implementing design solutions based on technical possibilities and limitations
• Contribute to internal design systems and adhere to their guidelines while designing interfaces.

Requirements:

• Mid-level/senior designer with at least 4 years of experience (having designed enterprise products is a plus)
• Experience doing discovery research to test hypotheses and rapid prototyping to validate design solutions
• Familiarity with different research methods and design terminology
• Ability to present your design ideas in an understandable manner
• Ability to design, test and support implementation of your designs
• Good design tools skills such as Figma, XD or Sketch (we work with Figma) 
• C1 or above English language skills (excellent written and verbal communication)
• A team player who can work independently too
• Communication and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
