Operations Lead

Otovo Italy is growing faster and we are in search of talented people who strive for a more sustainable future.

In Milan, we are looking for a motivated Operations Lead who will manage a Team of Project Managers in order to deliver successfully Otovo’s installations in Italy.

Your responsibilities

• Lead by example: build and execute ambitious targets, helping the team in reaching their goals

• Train and coach incoming and existing Project Managers helping them succeed and grow

• Set and help execute clear individual and team goals and plan activities

• Work together with the Operations Manager to identify and implement successful company strategies and processes

• Manage of some key installers (preliminar technical evaluation, assignment of projects, managing and controlling the quality of deliveries and of critical cases)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internals (sales, account managers, technical support..) and external stakeholders. 

• Master Degree in Engineering/Economics

• At least 1 year of experience in coordinating people and activities 

• Experience in working for objectives and in setting OKRs.

• Negotiation skills, with solution-focused approach

• Result-oriented mindset

• Coaching and leadership skills, capability to work in an international environment with collaborative attitude

• English is a must to communicate with the international team based in Oslo
