Job Description

Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for an Aftersales Solutions Specialist to join the TaaS department (Truck as a Service) in Germany. 

Please note: due the nature of the role, candidates from the Rhine-Ruhr region are welcome to apply. Only applicants with high level of German and good English skills are welcome to apply. 

The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Aftersales Solutions Specialist to join our team to drive the performance of the Aftersales department (TaaS). An Aftersales Solutions Specialist may be required to measure customer success through feedback from their clients, study other customer success programs and analysis general customer trend data to provide useful insights that can be leveraged to mature the offerings and drive consistency across accounts. This is a key role that will require you to play well with several stakeholders in the interest of working towards a common goal. 

What you will do:

  • Help Marketing for TaaS Sales Deck (content)
  • Bring customer trend feedback to TaaS Element Leader
  • Update Sales on new detail offer in TaaS
  • Help/Support TaaS Sales Training
  • Coordinate Site Assessment requests from sales team
  • Help developing TaaS Customer Success team & processes
  • Support sales team in promoting TaaS: Global TaaS presentation

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in technical account management
  • The ability to solve problems, prioritize, delegate, and communicate with internal customers, suppliers, and External customers
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, systems, and database programs
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on approach, practical and enthusiastic
  • Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills, cross cultural understanding and able to work autonomously in the fast-paced, complex and ambiguous environment of a start-up
