Office Assistant Washington, DC (in-office)

The Washington, DC office of Boundary Stone Partners (BSP) is seeking a highly motivated Office Assistant to join our fast-growing team of climate, clean energy, mobility, and space experts. The salary range for this position is 50k-60k/year, with bonus potential.

About The Role

The Office Assistant will work in-office and support a BSP co-founder in client engagement, project management, office management, and administrative support. Core responsibilities include

DC Office Management and Administrative Support

  • Managing the day-to-day operations for the BSP Washington, D.C. office including preparing space for hosting clients, managing IT needs, maintaining supplies, etc.
    • Engaging in office culture, coordinating lunches, happy hours, special events, etc
    • Visitor log, personnel key card access, reserving and logistics of the building’s conference room
    • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Support BSP onboarding
    • Working with outside IT to set-up computers and ensure all relevant software is installed
    • Enable or disable company Slack/CRM/Adobe/etc
  • Support IT relationship
  • Support BSP’s HR operations, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding
  • Manage all aspects of space/infrastructure planning
    • Maintaining seating charts, storage areas, and common spaces
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed, be the office go-to person for all things Zoom, Teams, internet, printers, etc
  • Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned

About You

  • 2+ years of administrative office experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize needs
  • Resourceful and entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves, and not afraid to think outside the box
  • Want to work with a team who values collegiality and a sense of humor
  • Salary range is 50k-60k, with bonus potential
