About the Role
We are looking for a HubSpot expert that can bring data-driven insights to continuously improve sales and marketing performance.
This role will provide support to the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and optimize digital performance across all campaigns, owning the digital tools that are the backbone of successful campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
Required experience:
· 3+ years HubSpot management experience
· 3+ years data management + workflow implementation
· 5+ years Microsoft Office experience (Proficient in Excel & Power Point)
· 3+ years B2B experience
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong analytical skills, operational, problem-solving, planning, and project management foundation
· Organize and management of digital platforms
· Operational experience uncovering insights to drive marketing & sales results

Location & Travel
Aquacycl is based in Escondido, California. The Digital Campaign Manager is preferred to be located in the San Diego area, but we will consider remote candidates for the right person.
