About the Role

We are looking for a HubSpot expert that can bring data-driven insights to continuously improve sales and marketing performance.

This role will provide support to the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and optimize digital performance across all campaigns, owning the digital tools that are the backbone of successful campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Set standard operating procedures, processes and automation to standardize and fully utilize HubSpot capabilities.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify marketing and sales campaigns and activities that are leading to higher engagement and conversion and recommend actions to improve results.
  • Ensure accuracy of data within HubSpot, including periodic review and data cleansing, as well as ongoing data management to ensure that contacts and companies have all required fields populated. Research new ways to enrich and improve the data.
  • Source prospects and companies from multiple platforms to support the outbound sales effort. Manage tools for sourcing leads, including evaluating new platforms and managing technology vendors as needed.
  • Create content and cadence for outbound sales sequences that complements the lead generation efforts.
  • Create list builds and segmentation for ongoing nurturing.
  • Manage analytics, reporting, KPIs and team dashboards within HubSpot.
  •  Ensure Aquacycl meets best practices for marketing and data privacy.
  • Ensure campaigns follow standard processes and meet quality standards.
  • Manage spend vs. budget reporting for marketing and sales activities through HubSpot, including ROI reporting on activities.
  • Train sales and marketing team on processes, best practices and new features of HubSpot

Required experience:

·        3+ years HubSpot management experience

·        3+ years data management + workflow implementation

·        5+ years Microsoft Office experience (Proficient in Excel & Power Point)

·        3+ years B2B experience

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·        Strong analytical skills, operational, problem-solving, planning, and project management foundation

·        Organize and management of digital platforms

·        Operational experience uncovering insights to drive marketing & sales results

Location & Travel

Aquacycl is based in Escondido, California. The Digital Campaign Manager is preferred to be located in the San Diego area, but we will consider remote candidates for the right person.
