Comgy is an ambitious Berlin-based start-up in the field of energy / proptech. We are currently looking for an iOS Developer to build and extend the iOS app which our field technicians use to install and maintain smart meters and gateways.

For this role it is absolutely necessary to have professional SwiftUI experience. Please, make sure to include this in your CV and/or cover letter.

• You extend, improve and maintain our mobile iOS app for technicians

• You will become an expert for our jsonapi-conform REST API on the consumer side (also GraphQL in the future)

• You take ownership of the development of a feature-rich app and work alongside an experienced team of product managers, UX designers and backend developers

• You make informed decisions about technologies, architecture and processes

OUR PERFECT MATCH

• You have strong logical thinking skills and proven persistence in problem-solving (e.g. achieved through a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Maths, Computer Science or Engineering)

• You have 2-3 years professional work experience in mobile (iOS) development

• You have professional experience with the following technologies and frameworks: Swift, SwiftUI, CoreData, Combine, Async/await, Networking

• You have very good communication skills and are comfortable working in an English-speaking team

• Bonus: You have experience with various App Architectures, but value clean and simple code

• Bonus: exposure to and interest in Agile development methods/practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
