Job Summary

Regrow is looking for a full stack engineer with mobile experience to contribute to the development of the ProductionWise Farm Management System. In this role you will be responsible for working on both the React Native mobile app (deployed on both iOS and Android) and the underlying back-end. The ideal candidate will have experience in C#, React Native, and mobile application development. Additional experience with Azure would be well regarded. Equivalent experience with similar backend technologies and cloud platforms will be considered. For example, AWS and Java. 

This role reports to the Director of Engineering. Your colleagues will be the ProductionWise engineering and ProductionWise Customer Success team. 

This role is fully remote. 

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with the development, product and customer success team to design, develop and deploy new features for ProductionWise FMS. This will include both the web app (C#) and the mobile app (React Native on iOS and Android)

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging of the system

• Maintain the existing codebase, including resolving customer issues and performance optimisations. 

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies

Your Background:

• Proficiency in React Native and mobile application development (iOS and Android)

• Experience delivering applications to both the Apple Store and Google Play

• Proficiency with back-end and web-app development in C#. Equivalent transferable experience in other languages such as Java or Kotlin will be considered.

• Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and cloud computing platforms such as Azure or AWS.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
