As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the success of our Carbon Market division’s product marketing by developing and executing effective marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, Communications and Marketing Operations, to ensure successful positioning and growth in the market.
As part of the Global Marketing department, you will be working closely with our marketing operations team and our digital team on the day to day execution of marketing activities.
How will you make an impact:
Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for our Agreena Carbon Market division that includes our MRV Solutions and Certificate sales.
As the industry is fairly new and keeps developing rapidly, you are to conduct the necessary market research and competitive analysis to identify regulatory changes, trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
You will work closely with the product and regulatory teams to understand the offering, benefits, and value propositions that are instrumental in an industry with such a high level of complexity.
Together with the Marketing Operations team, you will create and manage marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, and presentations.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, such as product demos, sales training materials, and customer success stories
Work with local markets to ensure marketing and sales collateral will meet the local needs of customers and their expectations
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Work with the Global Marketing team to align product marketing initiatives with the company's overall branding and messaging
Manage external agencies and vendors, as needed, to support marketing initiatives
Who we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field5+ years of product marketing experience in the tech or sustainability industry
Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making
Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environmentKnowledge of carbon markets is a plus
