Education Requirements:
A major in legal, paralegal, and policy/regulatory or related fields. Graduating December 2023 or later with a Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or Master’s (M.A./M.S.).
Experience
- Previous related internships, volunteer or work experience desired.
- Demonstrated interest in the energy industry desired.
- Exposure to law/regulatory law desired
- Prior exposure/comfort level with reading legal and/or regulatory documentation strongly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, SharePoint, and project management software.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills required.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of systems to track, review, and analyze regulatory filings.
- Monitor and assist with maintenance of regulatory compliance matrix and compliance calendar.
- Support regulatory compliance filings.
- Support targeted research projects as needed.
- Support contract management as needed.
- Assist with note taking, scheduling, and strategic planning efforts.
