The person in this role will work closely with Business heads, other functional heads and senior management in controlling and driving business profitability and budgets. The person will formulate budgets, forecasts, monthly MIS and other performance reports, pricing mechanisms and perform other analysis as required by business. He will be the point of contact for information on overall business plans and MIS reports

Our desired Manager-FP&A is expected to possess a proven track record in agile start-ups, preferable in the ecommerce space with dynamic and growth mindset. He should be capable of turning around and delivering tasks in less time. He should have strong interpersonal skills and knows usage of tech and other tools like tableau, ppt to present concise analysis.

• Proficiency with IT systems and demonstrated strength in data extraction, analysis, financial modeling and report generation, ppt presentations

KEY Deliverables:

• To prepare MIS, Budget, Forecast and other reporting requirements
• Provide monthly financial statements and other reports
• Providing detailed analysis for various business purposes and to support business
• Proficiency in product costing and product wise margin analysis
• Reviewing YTD, MTM variance analysis with actual & budget and presenting high level commentaries
• Controlling and tracking monthly costs
• Constantly interacting with various stake holders for regular updates
• Providing support in cashflow analysis, inventory management
• Assist in capex planning and constant tracking
• Conducting capital budgeting and capital expenditure analysis (NPV, IRR, payback, cash flow analysis).
• Ability to conduct logical analysis, interpretation of reports

Education & Experiences

• Qualified C.A. or MBA in finance
• Min 5 years of experience in managing Business Finance/FP&A role
• Experience in Statup, ecommerce mandatory
• Well versed with product pricing. Costing, inventory analysis
• Advance knowledge of excel, power point & tableau
• Strong Excel & PPT skills
