We are seeking an energetic, mid-career Sales Operations Manager, responsible for developing the end-to-end operational function of the selling motion, reporting, pipeline management and other aspects of the sales process. This hire will make an impact by creating and implementing sales-related processes, supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to sell more effectively.

The ideal candidate for the Sales Operations Manager role should be a dynamic, innovative, and highly organized individual with proven experience in sales, data analysis, and operations management. They should possess a deep understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and pipeline management, along with expertise in creating and implementing efficient sales processes.


  • Creation and maintenance of insightful reports, dashboards, and sales tool workflow rules
  • Utilize CRM tools to prospect, build account lists, and manage lead assignments across sales team
  • Manage pipeline reporting
  • Hubspot administration, ie: maintaining data integrity
  • Compile, analyze, and report on sales data to all relevant stakeholders
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to guide the sales approach and continue growing the business
  • Drive operational efficiencies and achieve strong foundations for business processes and team alignment
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify challenges and opportunities, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and finance to align sales strategies and drive organizational goals.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a sales operations management role, supporting and enabling sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis, and sales forecasting tools, such as HubSpot,, and other potential tools
  • Understanding of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial self-starter
  • Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures
