This role in a nutshell:

This role sits within the Operational CRM team developing direct to customer communications for schemes and zero carbon living customers. We’re part of OVO Group, a family of brands on a mission to drive progress towards zero carbon living.

What will I be doing?

As part of the Operational CRM team, you’ll report into the Communications Manager for schemes and zero carbon living - such as solar, electric vehicles, Energy Experts and heat pumps. You’ll develop customer communications and assist in the delivery of journeys for schemes and our zero carbon living customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all communications clearly communicate key messages, abide by regulatory requirements and support our core brand beliefs. And you’ll help develop the strategies that support our business pillars. 

Your key outcomes will be:

• Working closely with Studio, Brand, Programme Managers, Software Engineers, Legal and Compliance to promote best practices and implement compelling communication solutions
• Delivering communications that are customer engaging while meeting business, regulatory, legal and compliance standards
• Understanding Brand requirements and ensuring activity is executed within brand guidelines
• Demonstrating an understanding for Compliance requirements within a regulatory environment
• Presenting and sharing ideas expertly with stakeholders and leading the conversations
• Maintaining and initiating improvements to robust processes and supporting controls
• Managing multiple projects to deliver a range of communications concurrently
• Inspiring teams across the business to consider customer-led communications 
• Identifying potential improvements in customer journeys and recommending change.
• Maintaining an audit trail of comms and associated changes as the single source of truth

We’re looking for a bright, versatile, energetic personality with a passion for bringing innovative communications to life for our customers. A self starter eager to understand our customers’ needs and stay ahead of the latest market developments. The ideal candidate will be adept at building collaborative relationships across a range of disciplines and stakeholders. The ability to cope with change in a fast moving environment, while working on a range of projects simultaneously, is essential.

We’re seeking a highly organised individual who has an eye for detail with excellent project management, communication and influencing skills. Someone who is flexible, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and always willing to help a colleague out from time to time.

Ideally, you’ll have worked in a similar role within a regulatory environment.

We’ll pay you between £29,900 and £46,640 depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!

You’ll be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15%. We have one OVO bonus plan that focuses on the collective performance of our people to deliver our Plan Zero goal.
