• Lead multiple innovative BEV/FCEV Commercial vehicle projects based on Quantron’s Product Development Process
• Responsible to deliver project in time, cost and approved technical scope
• Responsible for managing projects from kick off to handover phase by proactively using project management tools and techniques
• Lead multidisciplinary/multicultural teams/partners across sites and act as key interface to internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible to deliver on Project Business Case KPI’s including managing project budget
• Manage project risks and escalate in time to seek clear decisions minimizing impact on project deliverables
• Collaborate with front end departments like sales/business development/product management for customer communication during all project phases, including requirements and deliveries.
• Mentor team members on Product development process and project management techniques 

Your profile

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Industrial engineering, MBA etc.
• Minimum 4 years of Project Management Experience with progressively increasing managerial and technical roles
• Experience in e-mobility sector, preferably within commercial truck and bus industry
• Experience with Hybrid/Agile methods of execution
• PMI certificate preferrable but not a must-have
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and in budget
• High technical understanding & analytical skills
• Team player, responsible and Goal-oriented
• Structured, proactive and Customer first approach
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills 
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally
• Experienced with Project Management Tools and MS Office
• Business Fluent English language skills
