What you’ll do
Let’s face it; you’ll need to wear a few we hats. But, we know that success requires a focus on execution, so this will be your focus:
You will lead all marketing initiatives that drive high potential customers into our sales funnel and will be involved in creating marketing materials for customer pitches, so an integral part of the BD team . You will also be responsible to create content and marketing campaigns that will attract the best talent to apply to InRange.
Creating unique and engaging marketing content for all key channels as a source of awareness and knowledge in the industries we operate in is a key part of your role . The ability to secure coverage in top tier energy and commercial real estate industry press, groups and communities is fundamental part of our sales funnel. Be ready to manage all social media channels successfully with a priority to LI.

As a remote first company much of our interaction is asynchronous. To fully deliver your ideas, passion and values you need to be an excellent communicator.
You have experience in creating engaging marketing content and built communities on social media channels but more specifically on LinkedIn. You are a self starter and thrive in ambiguous environments and ideally have experience as an early employee at a fast growing B2B start up. You are well networked with top tier industry journalists and want to scale the marketing processes to play an important role in our sales funnel.
