About the Job
We are looking for a Program Consultant to join the team that works with residents who want to reduce costs and improve environmental performance by implementing energy savings measures. The Program Consultant provides expertise, planning, and assistance in the Mass Save and other energy efficiency programs. The Program Consultant excels at communication, establishing excellent rapport with customers and coworkers on the phone, over email, and in meetings. The ideal candidate is well-organized and is able to learn a variety of software platforms, and other digital tools to track and report on data.

Job Responsibilities
Provide energy efficiency and decarbonization program information to customers and prospects over phone and email.
Understand energy efficiency program requirements and work with customers to navigate the process.
Enter data into appropriate platforms to track customer, and contractor interactions and results.
Generate regular client invoices and reports compiling metrics and progress towards program deliverables.
Act as liaison with contractors, partners, customers, and other stakeholders.

What You Offer
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for CET's Mission and a desire to work in a non-profit environment. You have a college degree or equivalent experience and at least 1 years' customer service experience; non-profit experience preferred with a focus on environmental/sustainability. Excellence in Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platform preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical partners. Accuracy and attention to detail required.
Fluency in Spanish is preferred. Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Remote employees must have a phone, high speed internet access, and a working location free from distractions and interference during business hours.
