We're on the lookout for an Italian speaking Regional Sales Director who will join our rapid growing office based in Barcelona! We've been selected by Techleap's Rise Program as a leader in tackling climate change and raised EUR 13 million to support our growth. We have a passionate, entrepreneurial and international team and we cannot wait to welcome you! 


The Challenge

As the RSD you will be responsible for continuing to scale and lead our Italian sales organisation (Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives) based in Barcelona. As an integral part of our sales leadership team, you will work alongside leaders from across the business to build reliable, scalable and successful sales teams.


While leading by example - actively approaching potential customers and owning your own sales funnel, you will:

  • Forecast, report on and achieve quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets of your team;

  • Recruit, hire, coach, and manage the teams;

  • Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members;

  • Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;

  • Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.

Your profile
  • At least 5 years of experience building & managing a high performing sales teams;

  • Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment – short sales cycles;

  • Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English;

  • Experienced in using & optimising CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting  sales software;

  • High energy, willingness to learn and a self-starter;

  • Additional nice-to-have experience includes experience in the SME sector, manufacturing space and software sales.
