Looking for an exciting challenge? Then join us as an Operations Tech Associate in our growing Operations team in Berlin. As an all-rounder, you’ll play a crucial role in building our technical infrastructure, which includes forecasts, analyses and tools. Your dedication & technical expertise will be crucial in driving the successful launch of our animal free products & you’ll have the chance to actively shape our tech processes.

Responsibilities
Shape our Tech infrastructure, building and implementing the required tools
Build forecasting method, improving data accuracy & deriving key customer insights
Create analytics backbone, including dashboards and reporting systems to ensure regular tracking of performance of all operations departments
Drive data governance, ensuring the highest level of data quality is delivered
Provide technical direction and engineering strategy across multiple teams, fostering efficient cross-team collaboration with a holistic view across our operations
Manage the Tech Product roadmap, balancing regular reporting, automation, and strategic projects/analysis
High expertise in Google Sheets and Excel, with a strong willingness to learn new data analytical languages and skills
Proficiency in SQL and Python
In-depth knowledge of forecasting tools, methods, and logic
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong stakeholder management
Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in launching, implementing, or using production ERP systems is a plus
Fluent in English (C2) and German (C1+) is a plus
