Senior Product Designer

Join us as our next Senior Product Designer. We're seeking someone who possesses a deep understanding of design principles and can also push creative boundaries. In collaboration with a dedicated cross-functional product group, your expertise will help create both intuitive and visually captivating user experiences. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, scientists, farmers, and more, bringing innovative, user-centric designs that amplify Agreena's impact on farmers and the climate.

Your role goes beyond standard design; it's about creating an emotional connection through the aesthetics of your work. While understanding our products and user base is vital, we're looking for someone who can add a distinctive visual touch that makes our designs memorable. Your collaboration with various teams will be instrumental in ensuring that our solutions are both effective and visually appealing. Your attention to detail and commitment to design excellence will set the standard for all our digital interfaces.

We need a professional with 10+ years in Product Design, UX, or Visual Design. Your ability to understand the domain quickly and apply this knowledge to your designs is crucial. You should be adept with tools like Figma and be experienced in creating and using design systems. A history of robust user research and usability testing is a must, as is the ability to produce designs that are both user-friendly and visually striking. Experience in innovative areas and the capability to clarify complex scenarios through design will be highly regarded.

This role is a hybrid position based out of either our Copenhagen or London office. Ideally, the role will be in the office 2-3 days per week.

Your past work showcases the intersection of functionality and exceptional visual design. Experience in fintech or scientific domains is a plus. If you've navigated the challenges of scaling a product or team and have a knack for balancing user needs with business objectives, you're likely a great fit.
