Role Description

We are seeking a talented product design lead to join our design team at a fast-growing consumer technology company. The ideal candidate will have experience working in finance, insurance, or another big regulated service category that has been transformed by digital experiences and business models.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a product and UI/UX designer at a fast-growing consumer technology company
• Proven track record of building experiences that users love, with a focus on driving growth and performance
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding strategic and analytical thinking to optimize for user needs and business goals

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design strategy and execution for our products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop design solutions that meet user needs and business goals
• Drive innovation and creativity in our design approach
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
• Mentor and develop junior designers on the team
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies
