Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct virtual energy audits and assessments for diverse building types,
analyzing energy consumption data, and identifying energy-saving opportunities.
● Utilize advanced energy modeling software (e.g., EnergyPlus, eQUEST,
OpenStudio) to simulate and analyze energy performance, HVAC systems, and
building envelope characteristics.
● Develop tailored energy efficiency strategies and solutions, considering the
unique needs and goals of clients.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to present findings and
recommendations in a clear, non-technical manner, emphasizing the economic
and environmental benefits.
● Prepare detailed reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate
analysis results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable building design.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field
(Master's preferred).
● Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification and/or Professional Engineer (PE)
license.
● For Senior Energy Analyst role: 5+ years of experience in energy analysis,
energy modeling, or related field; experience managing projects and mentoring
junior staff.
● Proficiency in energy modeling software such as EnergyPlus, eQUEST, or similar
tools.
● Familiarity with programming languages (Python, R) for data analysis is a plus.
● Strong understanding of building energy systems, HVAC systems, and energy
efficiency technologies.
