Head of Consolidation and Finance Operations (M/F)

About this role :

We are currently looking for our future Head of Consolidation and Finance Operations, based in Grenoble, France.


As such, you will report to our CFO and work closely with the Corporate Finance Team (Controlling, Financing, Treasury, Accounting …).

Responsibilities :

• Consolidation Process :
• Produce Consolidated Financial Statements, (French Gaap and IFRS) disclosure, and required reports for the Finance Department, management and shareholders,
• Analyse, document and validate changes in scope and equity transaction, supporting the creation of new legal entities,
• Ensure high level of quality in all accounting production,
• Drafting financial documentation in close collaboration with our legal department and cost control team.
• Improve, develop and maintain reporting tools and processes,
• Actively participate in the IFRS implementation
• Actively Monitor Closing process enhancement from quarterly to progressively monthly as well as its gradual internalization with our accounting firm,
• Coordination with other Finance Department
• Assistance to Subsidiaries,
• Lead on the relationship with auditors.


• Financial Operations
• Manage and develop the Finance Operations team
• Monitor cash flow and financing: reporting, optimization, debt monitoring, in collaboration with the financing team + currency hedging policy.
• In the long term: monitoring WCR, risk mapping.
• Tax Proof

Requirements :

• Master's degree + at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance position, with a strong background in accounting/auditing and consolidation (industrial sector preferred),
• You're looking for a challenge and are able to make suggestions.
