Agile Coach (M/F/D) / Scrum Master (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities

• You are passionate about continuously improving the productivity of agile product teams
• You train and coach two to three development teams with regard to personal responsibility and self-organization
• You promote the effectiveness of efficient and effective working methods within the teams
• You support our developers and product managers in reflecting on their methods and procedures and in developing personally in the process
• You identify improvements and solve blockades and conflicts in the teams and at individual interfaces at an early stage
• You have a good understanding of communication, flow and group dynamics and help the teams to achieve their goals together
• You maintain the sprint and product backlogs in Jira and support in release management

Your profile

• You have several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in cross-functional development teams - ideally you have already developed teams in a scale up phase
• You know how to mentor, coach or facilitate to move teams forward and like working in cross-cultural, diverse teams
• You have hands-on experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or OKRs and bring a basic technical understanding of software development to the table
• It would be great if you already have experience in energy management or a related technology as well as with Jira and Confluence
• With a lot of empathy towards the teams, your focus is always holistic and solution-oriented moving forward, even under challenging conditions 
• You are able to put yourself in the shoes of your counterparts and communicate at eye level
• Your language skills enable you to perform your role in German and English
