The position
As the Organisational Strategy Advisor (Chief of Staff), you will oversee every aspect of our business to ensure the operational implementation of our strategy. This includes steering and governing our strategic initiatives, advising Leadership on ways to drive results forward by recommending operational business tactics, and communicating our progress.
What you will do
Work closely with the Market Strategy team to translate the market strategy into an operational strategy with clear company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Facilitate the translation of the company-wide OKRs into department/team initiatives and goals.
Steer the OKR rhythm/rituals and identify/recommend operational business tactics to keep us on course.
Coordinate regular updates (e.g. Monthly Business Reviews) with our progress.
Facilitate regular internal communication to ensure that everyone understands the key priorities and how we are progressing.
Provide support and feedback to the CEO about organisational objectives and challenges.
Collaborate with the Leadership Team to determine appropriate departmental strategies.
Facilitate effective collaboration between departments, ensuring that all teams are working together towards the company's goals.
Facilitate the development of business reporting to ensure that the right information and metrics are available to lead the business and make key strategic decisions.
Analyse and evaluate the impacts of executive decisions on company budgets and goals.
Own our sustainability strategy, including ESG and BCorp recertification.
Own cross functional projects, including tracking budgets throughout project lifecycles.
What you will need
Proven track record of success in a similar role (for example Chief of Staff), ideally at a scale up at a similar stage of growth.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from start to finish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and develop solutions to complex challenges.
Strategic mindset and business acumen, with a deep understanding of operational performance.
Fluent in English,other languages are nice to have
Presence in our Amsterdam office on a regular basis
