Your challenge
As our Data Engineer you will work closely with your fellow engineers to develop new features for the EV market. Eco-Movement is at a point where our clients require accurate, complete, and enriched data for their various use-cases. The stability of our platform is key to achieving that. You will be developing and maintaining various microservices and data-pipelines that realize this goal in a performant manner, because over a thousand requests per second will be processed by your data pipelines in GCP. Activities include:
Writing and improving microservices in Python, R and Go;
Designing and developing event-driven data pipelines;
Researching and implementing the various tools within GCP for the right use-cases. These include Pub/Sub, CloudSQL, Vertex AI, Kubernetes, BigTable and more;
Writing code to retrieve and maintain incoming data sources from Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and Mobility Service Providers (MSPs) and other Eco-Movement partners on a real-time or daily basis.

You have experience with Python, R and/or GO;
You have a proactive mindset, you adapt easily to change and like to make impact;
Experience with GIS, GEO spatial data, Kubernetes and microservices are nice to haves;
You have an interest in the electric vehicle industry.
