We are looking for an energetic HR Officer to join our innovative and ambitious organization.

About LeydenJar

LeydenJar is a high-tech company, developing pure silicon anodes for a lithium-ion battery that will change the world. We are proud that, here at LeydenJar, we:

• boost Li-ion battery energy density by 70% by using 10x thinner anodes
• improved cycle life to >450
• achieved fast charging to 60% in under 10 min!

We are currently still in an R&D phase, but we are ready to start the actual production of anode foil. LeydenJar Plant One will open in 2026.

Your mission

 As HR Officer, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks and assist the HR manager in various activities. You will facilitate recruitment, onboarding and performance management cycle. You will gain valuable, on-the-job experience in a scale-up multi-national company, where no day is ever the same.

In your role you will be:

• Assisting in daily HR operations and employee administration;
• Partnering with Head of Departments to facilitate recruitment;
• Reviewing our Applicant Tracking System daily to assist with finding high quality candidates;
• Coordinating and providing support to new hire on-boarding and relocation, if needed;
• Promoting and supporting LeydenJar fun initiatives and positive culture;
• Providing administrative support on performance management;

Who are you?

For this role we are looking for a proactive and flexible candidate with excellent communication skills and positive attitude.

You are able to adapt quickly and navigate a changing work environment effectively. 

You possess excellent English communication skills. Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Education/Experience:
- A completed intermediate vocational education (HBO) in HR or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR support role
- Experience with HR systems is a plus.
