We are on the lookout for a new Fulfilment Team Lead to join our Fulfilment Centre in Utrecht. We have been selected by Techleap’s Rise Program as a leader in tackling climate change and just raised EUR 25 million to support our growth. We have a passionate, entrepreneurial and international team and we cannot wait to welcome you!

Your role:
  • Manage the Sensorfact fulfilment center in Leidsche Rijn;
  • Lead the Fulfilment team (3ftes) on daily operations and contribute to daily tasks (onboarding, offboarding, calibration, small assembly); 
  • Be in charge of purchasing of products and components;

  • Be the first point of contact for colleagues outside of fulfilment, for troubleshooting, changes in hardware or processes, etc.

  • Ensure that the KPIs are met and thinking proactively about how to improve working methods and processes;

  • Ensure proper implementation of new processes and products;
  • Assist in inventory management; 
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure smooth operations.
Your profile
  • Experience working in logistics, warehousing or shipping;
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in logistics, warehouse or Team Lead;
  • Detailed oriented, critical thinking, positive mindset. quick learner; 
  • Leadership skills, ownership, independent work attitude and hands on mentality; 
  • A good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus);
  • Good communication/soft skills;
  • Available for 32-40 hours per week - on location.
