This is a FT, US-remote position, but if you're in/near a city where current teammates are, you can gather in-person from time to time as well.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Customer Success to lead and inspire our dynamic Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing customer success teams at fast-paced startups, with exposure to fintech and a strong track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer success representatives to exceed customer expectations and achieve performance goals.

- Customer Engagement:Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Retention and Growth: Drive customer retention and upsell opportunities through proactive account management and a deep understanding of our product offerings.

- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing valuable insights and feedback to cross-functional teams to improve our products and services.

- Process Improvement: Continuously optimize customer success processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key customer success metrics and KPIs to track team performance and provide regular reports to senior management. 

- Customer Advocacy: Foster a culture of customer advocacy within the team and identify opportunities for customer testimonials, case studies, and referrals.

- Risk & Compliance Management: Take ownership towards reporting and resolution of potential financial crimes and consumer compliance. 

 

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in managing customer success teams at fast-paced startups, preferably in the fintech industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer success goals and KPIs.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Knowledge of fintech products and services is a plus.

- Nice to have:  Experience with customer compliance protocols and policies within regulated banking industry.

 

Compensation

  • $80,000 - $120,000 per year
