cKinetics is looking for an experienced Client Support Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing carbon markets division. The role involves supporting existing and potential clients in utilizing our subscription-based platform www.cCarbon.info. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with an opportunity to convert to a full-time position (up to 40 hours/week).
The ideal candidate should be self-driven, prompt, and capable of multitasking effectively. They should be adept at using general online tools and have excellent communication skills in English.
Enrolling new client users on the platform and addressing account management queries of existing clients
Supporting contracting and filing of contracts
Supporting invoicing and payments
Keeping CRM up to date with client information and inquiries
Serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinating with analyst team to ensure a timely customer response
Developing and implementing a social media engagement plan to continue to grow a meaningful presence on social platforms
Working with subject matter experts to create and publish engaging posts on LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) to showcase our insights and industry trends
5-10 years of relevant customer support or administrative assistant experience
Excellent organizational skills and customer obsession
Experience with using CRM and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English writing and speaking
A demonstrated passion for sustainability and working to address climate change
Prior experience of working at a rapidly growth company
Basic understanding of carbon markets
It is a remote position with a preference for operating in the US East Coast time zone.
