Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a problem area product pod, including developing objectives, strategy and delivery milestones
• Be the champion of user needs, business value and market knowledge, using these to define requirements and drive prioritization for the pod
• Build best-in-class user experience for these products that drives high adoption, satisfaction, retention
• Perform research and conduct analysis to determine the success of initiatives
• Collaborate with the engineering manager to manage the day-to-day efforts of ongoing initiatives, from managing standups, to triaging bugs, to providing project updates 
• Lead initiatives with cross-functional teams within Voltus to ensure the product is successful, adequately supported, integrated with the company’s operations and aligned with our business strategy
• Communicate initiatives and results with stakeholders across the organization
• Develop and own the financial impact of products

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, with 3 years in product management
• Experience owning a product/platform end-to-end,
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and software development methodologies
• Ability to distill data into actionable insights
• Equally strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus: Strong understanding of SaaS or hardware from a business and technical perspective
• Bonus: experience working in an agile environment, turning hypotheses into action quickly
