Responsibilities 

Lead business development activities for the company’s SaaS product, including identifying new markets and sales strategies, implementing an agreed sales plan and coordinating with the company’s marketing function. Assist with launch of new Climate Consulting business.

About You

Applicants must have a strong understanding of climate change, enterprise decarbonization pathways and climate tech solutions, plus experience in SaaS sales.  This position requires the candidate to be analytically strong and operate independently.

We are looking for a bold thinker with a keen understanding of decarbonization and climate markets, who has significant experience and is ready to take on a senior leadership role.  Work history may include renewable power producers, carbon offset developers, carbon accounting, ESG consulting or similar adjacent fields. The ideal candidate will have experience as an SDR or BDR.

The exceptional candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience

  • Experience in decarbonization, ESG matters and/or climate markets

  • Deep market experience and contacts

  • Desire to take on a leadership role

  • Exceptional analytic skills combined with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Data analysis and modeling expertise is helpful
