Then follow our </em><a href="https://bit.ly/AltGenLi"><strong><em>LinkedIn page</em></strong></a><em> and subscribe to our </em><a href="http://eepurl.com/hENwn5"><strong><em>mailer</em></strong></a><strong><em>.</em></strong><br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><ul><li>Ensure all transactions are processed on the bank accounts</li><li>Close off cashbook</li><li>Prepare bank reconciliation for all bank accounts</li><li>Download and archive monthly bank statements for all accounts</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely recording of cash claims expenditure</li><li>Manage beneficiary loading onto bank accounts</li><li>Process payments and prepare forms for forex payments</li><li>Manage credit card claims</li><li>Manage receipt and delivery of credit card statements</li><li>Capture individual cardholder statements accurately and promptly</li><li>Investigate outstanding claims and update credit card reconciliations</li><li>Ensure compliance with policy and provide training to new employees</li><li>Execute applications, cancellations, and limit changes of credit cards</li><li>Create new vendors in company systems and document management</li><li>Collect completed supplier accreditation forms with supporting documentation</li><li>Communicate with banks regarding any inquiries</li><li>Complete banking applications</li><li>Prepare monthly VAT return calculations with necessary support</li><li>Handle other ad hoc accounting and administrative requirements as needed</li></ul>
