Position Overview
The Development team at RMI is seeking an experienced Development Lead – Multilateral/Bilateral with exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills. This position will support frontline fundraisers managing multi-million dollar portfolios in the international public sector, including multilateral and bilateral aid agencies. The right candidate will be proactive and able to work independently to drive processes and keep momentum.
The Development Lead – Multilateral/Bilateral will drive several critical processes on behalf of our fundraising team, including: project managing successful proposals, coordinating reports and ongoing stewardship materials, assisting with funder data and management, and maintaining momentum behind ongoing activities and external relationships. This person will coordinate with programmatic and operational staff across RMI while building effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation:
RMI compensates based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary for this role is in between $76,030 to $93,707. You would also have an additional 5% bonus target!
