Then follow our </em><a href="https://bit.ly/AltGenLi"><strong><em>LinkedIn page</em></strong></a><em> and subscribe to our </em><a href="http://eepurl.com/hENwn5"><strong><em>mailer</em></strong></a><strong><em>.</em></strong><br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><ul><li>Develop, revise, and oversee intricate project finance-based asset models for current operational assets and those in progress</li><li>Modify models to account for variables such as actual balance sheet figures, asset performance, alterations in construction schedules, and business valuation</li><li>Collaborate on crafting a comprehensive, company-wide unified model for operational assets, ensuring alignment with established long-term incentive plans</li><li>Guide the transition of project finance investment case models into operational models post-construction</li><li>Provide guidance and instruction to local asset teams on managing their respective models</li><li>Assist in aligning yearly business plan models with extended valuation models for individual assets</li><li>Interface with lenders regarding issues such as disbursement requests, waivers, distributions, and reporting</li><li>Perform evaluations on the current asset portfolio to inform investment decisions</li><li>Contribute insights to Investment Committee and Board Papers</li><li>Assist in conducting the annual corporate valuation process</li><li>Offer specialised analytical assistance, including conducting research on market trends and competitors</li></ul>
