Your mission
We are on the lookout for a Dutch speaking Regional Sales Director to lead our Benelux sales team for one of our newest propositions: OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Your challenge

You will mainly contribute to and work on one key strategic objective: the commercial growth of Sensorfact. Currently we already have more than 2000 customers. If you join our team, you will work on further expanding our client portfolio and revenue. 
You would do this by:
  • Forecasting, reporting on and achieving demand generation and revenue targets of your team;
  • Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing your team;
  • Collaborating with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members;
  • Motivating the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;
  • Providing insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.
Your profile
This role is perfect for you, if you meet the following:
  • At least 5 years of experience building & managing a high performing sales teams;
  • Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles;
  • Experienced in using & optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software;
  • You speak near native/native level of Dutch & great English;
  • High energy, willingness to learn and a self-starter. Besides that, you value drive and honesty;
  • You love the challenge of a scale-up environment and would like to contribute to scaling our company;
  • You like to work in a team, but you take full ownership of your tasks and responsibilities. #LI-TYLER
