Who We’re Looking For:
The Commercial Alliance & Partnership Sales Manager will identify, build, and nurture relationships with OEM partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of extracting value from enterprise-level partnerships and will be adept at creating and executing structured business plans. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and target OEM partners that align with our strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain, long-lasting relationships with enterprise-level partners.
- Create and execute comprehensive business plans to drive mutual value and growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our solutions to OEM partners.
- Understand and articulate the business model of our company and our partners, identifying opportunities for revenue generation and mutual benefit.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and address issues or opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, providing exceptional support and ensuring their growth and satisfaction.
- Report on partnership performance metrics and progress towards goals to our senior leadership team.
The Right Person Would Have:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building in start-up or scale-up environments.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level partnerships, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- Experience working with OEM partners and a deep understanding of their business models and needs.
- Highly structured and methodical in approach, with excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building trust with partners.
- A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
