Strategy Team
• Conducts market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
• Synthesize research findings and present them to key project stakeholders (gathering and analysing data on market trends, industry dynamics, and company performance)
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with company goals
• Preparation of financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics – Candidate will be involve in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track strategic initiatives success rate

Client & Sales Team
To support Clients & Sales Team in:
Streamlining Business Processes & Administration in tendering activities
• Proactively engage with sales prospects through open sources such as clients’ webpages, and/or via various procurement channels like Gebiz, Sesami, Tenderboard etc to identify opportunities.
• Effectively coordinate proposal discussions whenever required with relevant personnel.
• Effective management of relevant admin duties such as helping in formatting key personnels’ CVs, project references based on the tender document key requirement.
Design Editing on Marketing/Pitch Decks
• Content editing including graphics using key themes, story-telling and colour formatting.
• Knowledge of using In-design will be a bonus.

Client’s Onboarding Exercise
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork on various portals
• Act as the main point of contact and collaborate closely with different stakeholders to get relevant document

Leading a Clients & Sales Project
• Act as process improvement consultant to develop a formalized approach to scanning bidding websites for newly advertised opportunities (automation to be explored)
• Act as subject matter expert in using CRM data and interfaces to create tracking tools for market services pricing
• Using AI such as of Power BI to report and amalgamate findings
• Analysis of data sets for various assessments of resource deployment within the team
