We accompany our customers on a long-term and reliable basis in order to create the greatest possible benefit in the use of our software. In a team with other Customer Success Managers, you will support our customers in using our software independently and profitably. In your role, you will act as interface and play a key role in the overall product development process.    How You Make an Impact
  • You are responsible for customer onboarding in pilot and rollout projects in close cooperation with our Customer Implementation Team   
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and act as the interface between them and internal stakeholders from the Product and Sales departments  
  • You collect and analyze key figures on customer value and customer satisfaction  
  • Through regular dialog with the customer, you identify and record the greatest challenges and potential for improvement in the technical and business processes   
  • You advise customers on the further development of their business processes with the help of our software  
  • You define individual success criteria and thus specifically address customer needs and requirements  
  • You train customers in the use of the software, give webinars and address use cases  
Your Profile

  • You have completed your studies in electrical engineering, power engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable subject  
  • You have knowledge of (the planning and operation of) electrical grids or the integration of electrical systems and can apply your knowledge of the current energy industry interrelationships in a targeted manner  
  • You have already attained first experience in independent project work with direct customer contact and are enthusiastic about building up and maintaining long-term customer relationships  
  • Ideally, you already have experience in customer success management, key account management or related fields in the B2B context  
  • You have the ability to represent the customer perspective internally and ensure that customer feedback is heard  
  • You confidently meet the challenge of balancing customer needs with internal structures and corporate culture  
  • You are business fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus, but not a must)
