About the Venture

Inadequate healthcare disproportionately affects queer individuals. 75 million LGBTQIA+ people in Europe have high health risks, yet still face stigmatisation in healthcare. We are going to change this.


Every Health is building the first comprehensive healthcare platform for the LGBTQIA+ community to provide accessible, inclusive and affirming care that helps queer individuals lead healthier, happier lives. Starting with digitally accompanied subscription products for queer sexual health, we aim to provide the best medical care from the comfort of your home.


We’re just getting started! We are a 5 people team in Berlin Mitte, supported by renowned investors, partners and healthcare veterans. Together, we want to grow Every Health into the go-to brand for queer health and wellbeing.


About the Role

We’re looking to bring on a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join Every Health’s leadership team alongside our Founders. You will shape and drive our marketing strategy to establish and grow our presence as the first telehealth provider for the LGBTQIA+ community in Germany. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will combine high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, working closely with the co-founder/CEO. Initially, you will be the sole marketing team member, requiring a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle a wide range of tasks. As part of the role, you will own:


  • Holistic ownership of Every Health’s marketing strategy tailored to the unique needs of the LGBTQIA+ community in Germany. Identify market segments, build campaigns and maximise on reach and engagement.

  • Collaborate with our CEO on refining Every Health’s brand and ensure we build a consistent messaging and brand strategy across all our channels and materials.

  • Build and execute on a content creation strategy to deliver compelling content that speaks to the experiences and needs of the queer community. This can cover everything from social content, adverts, blog posts, emails and the design and user flow on our website and shopping experience.

  • Own and execute our digital marketing strategy driving user growth and acquisition across a range of different channels including Social, Influencer, SEO, Email & Offline. Utilise data and analytics to continuously test, measure and iterate on the best channel mix for us to optimise on both growth & ROI.

  • Collaborate with our CEO to build and nurture relationships with LGBTQIA+ organisations, influencers and community leaders to enhance brand visibility and credibility. Help to build and define a PR strategy that fosters engagement and support within our target audience.

  • Full budget responsibility for the allocation of resources to achieve our commercial goals.

  • Start as a 360 strategist and executor, and with time you can build the foundations of a team to amplify your work.

About You:

  • You’ve gained previous experience leading marketing functions within a similar D2C Consumer business within the DACH region

  • You bring experience working with a range of different marketing tools and channels, with a strong spike in growth & customer acquisition channels (incl. Social, Paid, CRM & Influencer channels).

  • You take a highly data-driven and analytical approach to decision making and growth. You enjoy spending time in the details to A/B test and optimise for ROI and growth.

  • You're budget savvy and able to build creative strategies that drive results with smaller marketing budgets 

  • You’ve gained first experiences in people management and functional leadership

  • You are fluent in both English and German (our demographic are predominantly German speakers)

  • Ideally, you’ve been an early employee in a small consumer start-up and have contributed to the growth and success of a consumer product from launch
