Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join our team based in Stockholm. In this role you’ll be responsible for growth within multiple areas of Einride and together with senior stakeholders within the business ensure pace, quality and accuracy within recruitment. We are a small team with a lot of autonomy where our key success factors are expertise and passion for our craft, continuous improvements of our processes and always embracing challenges with a solution focused approach.


What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with several different global teams to understand hiring needs and build effective talent pipelines.
  • Engage in sourcing, referrals and research to identify top talent.
  • Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Lever) and ensuring a stellar candidate experience.
  • Participate in the development and execution of recruitment projects.
  • Advocate for our company culture, mission, and values in all recruitment activities.

What we're looking for:

  • Significant experience in recruitment at agencies or inhouse. 
  • You need to have extensive experience from sourcing and assessing candidates for complex roles in an international setting.
  • Skilled in building diverse talent pipelines fostering relationships with top-tier candidates.A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize recruitments based on business needs and timelines.
  • Adaptable and open-minded, ready to embrace change in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience from recruiting in the DACH region would be a bonus.
  • Fluency in English.
