Your mission

We are on the lookout for a Head of SDRs to lead our Sales development representatives (SDRs) team. If you would like to join one of the fastest growing scale-ups of the Netherlands where you can have a sustainable impact with your everyday job, read further!

As Head of SDRs, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will be responsible for further developing and implementing a winning sales strategy for our SDR team, and you will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of SDRs
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for the SDR team
  • Coach and mentor SDRs to achieve their full potential
  • Set clear targets and track progress against KPIs
  • Develop and implement playbooks and processes for SDRs
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with the wider sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
Your profile
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing a sales development team
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles;
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for energy and sustainability (a plus!)
